FAQ
Frequently asked questions about fine-concrete projects
Samples, bespoke manufacture, CAD material, delivery and project coordination: answers to common questions when starting a project.
What is needed to start a bespoke fine-concrete project?
A sketch, drawing detail or reference photo is enough for an initial conversation. Approximate dimensions, quantities, location and timing help us identify the next step.
When should PETRUS join the project?
At concept or detail-design stage, when geometry, connections and handling can still be developed together. We can also discuss completed drawings or a project approaching construction.
Can colours and surfaces be customised?
We discuss colours and surfaces using samples. Website images and the colour guide support selection; a physical sample should be approved for the final choice.
Are technical drawings and CAD files available?
CAD material can be requested by email. Include the collection or element name, application and required file format so that we can discuss the appropriate material.
Does the work include delivery and installation?
The scope is agreed for each project. Dimensions, handling, site access and scheduling determine the delivery arrangements and the site work we undertake.
How can I request a price and production schedule?
Contact us with the collection name or drawings, dimensions, quantities and intended timing. We can then discuss the price, manufacturing requirements and programme.
